Collect in maintenance payments and manage bank account

Liaising with Accountants;

Attending to any enquiries upon sale;

Issuing
Share Certificates on transfer of ownership;

Management
of Company books (e.g. retirement and appointment of Directors/Company
Secretary);

File annual
return and any other dealings with Companies House;

Liaising with
freeholders;

Keeping up to date
with current legislation;

Attending to block
insurance;

Dealing with
queries, problems or general issues
